David joined the Constructive Ingenuity team in January 2020 as a Project Manager. As a project manager, David’s responsibilities include processing and reviewing submittals for design compliance and coordination, organize and execute Owner, Subcontractor and Design Professional meetings, scheduling and coordination of multiple construction trades, project financial management and schedule monitoring, jointly perform field inspections with inspecting agencies and Design Team members, and ensure project quality control and design integrity. David strives to make sure any project he is involved in is successful for the client, the designers, authorities having jurisdiction, and for the building team. David’s belief is proper planning, thorough knowledge of the project and its requirements and challenges, open and honest communication, and attention to detail lead to a successful conclusion.

David brings 30 plus years and over $150 million dollars of experience successfully managing construction projects of various sizes, types, and complexity. Whether it is schools, dining halls, gymnasiums, higher education facilities, student housing, public housing, municipal offices and support facilities, federal offices, commercial offices, medical offices, veterinarian offices, research & development facilities, industrial buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, aviation hangers, parking structures, retail, restaurants, hospitality, banking, religious, or sporting venues, David has managed at least one of these types of projects. In addition to the variety of purpose, David has worked a variety of types of projects including new construction, tenant fit-outs, building additions, and renovations with contract sizes from $50,000 to $40 million. In addition to project management, David also brings experience with preconstruction surveys, estimating, bidding, budgeting and contract proposals, creating work scopes, writing subcontracts and purchase orders, project buyout, contract negotiating, and project scheduling.
