John joined the Constructive Ingenuity team in July 2019 as a superintendent/project manager. John focuses on working with property managers and clients and conducts site visits to ensure bids are comprehensive. John also conducts field operations for the company’s commercial division and works closely with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate material procurement and construction activities. John is responsible for project permitting, inspections, subcontractor management and works with clients to ensure outcomes are in accordance with contract schedule and budget; and ensures that performance objectives are met.
John has been in the industry for over 31 years. Prior to joining the Constructive Ingenuity team, John worked as both a field superintendent and project manager. John has experience working on a variety of projects, including new buildings, building expansions, renovations, and interior build-outs. John also has extensive experience with team management, coordination, and collaboration, including collaborating with architects, engineers, property managers and developers; coordinating inspections by local municipalities and third-party agencies; coordinating schedules; and communicating with the client on project progress, issues, and cost. Johns management skills allow for him to successfully manage projects of all sizes.
