As a Senior Project Manager, Steve has diverse experience in the planning and execution of a diversity of successful projects from conceptual design to final turnover. Steve is an excellent communicator and works closely with design team members, general contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies, while driving a sense of urgency. He has strong experience dealing with all trades, site work, utilities, electrical, mechanical, and specialty contractors, including sprinkler and alarm systems. He understands the need for a well-defined scope of work and has expertise in negotiating strong contractual documents. He has demonstrated proficiency in aligning internal and external stakeholders, utilizing value-based design, promoting proper safety culture and responding effectively to dynamic situations.

Steve has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. As an experienced Project Manager with international companies, he has managed projects ranging in size from $1MM to $700MM, delivering results on time and on budget. He has led project teams of all sizes, from small to over 1,200 people, including engineering and craft labor.

Successful project types include: process equipment, distribution warehouse construction, new technology installations, office build-outs, lab clean rooms, control rooms, state of the art converting equipment, optimization projects, laser guided vehicle technology projects, and roofing / building envelope enhancements.
